FEATURES FOR MANAGING BROKERS
This page is a for Managing Brokers, or those with “Broker Load” permission. Broker Load is the main setting that controls what a user can do in Flexmls. Anyone that can add/edit any listings within their office is set to this Broker Load level. This Broker Load then controls many of the items I mention below.
Broadcast
Those with Office or Company broker load, can broadcast a message to everyone in their office (or company). This would pop up for the user the next time they log into Flexmls and the sender has the option to send the note via email too.
Office Listings
Though not limited to brokers, it may be of interest to them to add multiple "My listings" gadgets to their dashboard. They can point one at their own listings and point the other to their office listings.
Edit Incomplete Listings
Another MLS setting controls who has access to edit incomplete listings. In this example, the broker didn't initiate the listing but could edit it or activate it. If the broker/office mgr didn't start the listing, the incomplete listing will indicate who did.
