GLITCHES AND FIXES

 

COMES WITH STARTING A NEW VENDOR

Glitches can be excusable when starting a new platform and serving a large amount of members. While we have been affirmed that there will be no glitches, but we have done research about all possible errors that have happened in the past; and how you may fix them.

If you continue to have application or desktop errors, please immediately contact Flexmls to solve technological problems.

If it is a user issue, your friends at from your association can help!

 

If your app glitches or cancels

1. Check your internet connection.

2. Close the Flexmls application.

3. You may quickly find a new cell tower for better connection by switching your cell phone to airplane mode, wait 5 seconds, and then switching off airplane mode. It will find you the best connection for your location. 

4. Open the Flexmls application.


Second Attempt:

  1. Check if there is an update for the application.

  2. Update.

  3. If there is no update available, please uninstall and reinstall the application. 

 

If you are an Android user

Some features of the Flexmls will work better with Apple users than Android users. This is because the application is coded differently. The application is IOS dedicated due to a larger amount of IOS users. The Android version is more like website architecture, put into a application formatting (app shell). This means that the loading page won’t be imbedded into your cell phone when you have no connection - and will give you a blank or coded screen when attempting to connect.
