HOW TO JOIN A WEBINAR

Please watch the video for more instructions on how to join a webinar.

Step 1. Go to OregonDataShare.com

Step 2. Click “Here” on the video you would like to register for.

Step 3. Fill out your name/email and “submit”.

Step 4. Open up your email, and you will see a message from Flexmls with your Webinar link.

• If you do not see the email yet, it may be in your Spam folder or still receiving due to poor connection.

Step 5. On the date and time of the webinar, go to your email and click “Join Webinar.”

Step 6. Allow the page to download/open and wait until the video pops up.

• You may adjust audio output on a separate control panel on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

If you have followed all the instructions on how to join and they don’t seem to work for you, you may re-register to try again. If you would like to watch the recorded version of the webinar at a later date, you may access them here.
