MEMBERSHIPS TO MULTIPLE MLS’S

do i still need memberships to multiple mls’s?

You will not need memberships in multiple MLS’s in order to see all of the listing data.  If you hold memberships within the shared database, you will want to evaluate which will be your primary MLS. If you are using other services from an MLS other than accessing data, please remember to consider other features in your membership evaluation.

Because we are remaining three separate business entities, we will maintain separate benefits and offerings.  While we may have a joint MLS system and keybox system, there are different offerings from each MLS - so you will want to evaluate your options and make a decision that is best for your firm.

Please note that we recommend holding off on a decision to cancel any of your MLS memberships until April of 2020. Members will not have access to a join the Flexmls database until the last week of March 2020.
