Will my MLS fees be changing?

One of the many benefits of the joint MLS contract with Flexmls, is that it allows the MLS’s to get competitive pricing from their MLS technology vendors (all vendor fees are based on per member per month pricing).  The more members we negotiate on behalf of, the better the pricing we are able to secure.  As you can imagine, prices increase over time and we all try to keep our dues as reasonable as possible.

At this time, none of the three MLS’s are planning on changing their MLS fees. Because we are staying three separate MLS business entities, each MLS will set their own fees for MLS access. Moving forward, you will want to communicate directly with your MLS regarding their respective MLS fees.
