What will happen with my lockboxes and/or key access?

The three MLS’s are all using the same lockbox and key vendor Supra so that will not change. Your lockbox and key will not change cost or access process. 

The three MLS’s will be working with Supra to co-op all of our member’s keys so that you will be able to access lockboxes throughout the shared MLS database. If there is anything we need from you with respect to getting this completed for your key, we will let you know in our upcoming communications. 

WHY AREN’T WE ON THE SAME LOCKBOXES AND/OR KEYES AS THE RMLS?

Each MLS reviewed alternative lockbox vendors ,including the SentriLock LLC system that the RMLS uses. After a thorough review, each MLS decided SupraNET was the best fit for our MLS lockbox and key vendor. SupraNET is a local Oregon company which is well trusted and individually picked by the three MLS’s to be the best fit for their members. Next time our contracts are up for renewal, we will review all options on the market and make a decision about which vendor we feel is the best fit for our members.
