the parallel mode
march 9-April 27th, 2020
We will be launching Flexmls in a parallel mode on Monday, March 9, 2020. Parallel mode is a read-only mode. Parallel mode means that when you add/update your listing in Rapattoni, the results will update to Flexmls within the hour for your viewership. Photos will be updated once a day, typically during evening hours. No changes to setup in Flexmls or Rapattoni can happen during Parallel.
Off-note: During parallel mode, information to Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. will still be receiving information from Rapattoni during this time in their regular speedy fashion.

April 24th-26, 2020
On April 24th-26th, both systems will be locked down from changes while we get ready to go live with Flexmls. You will still be able to log in and see listings; however, our members will not be able to make changes to listings - price, status, etc.. Members will want to make all status changes, price changes etc, no later than April 24th, 2020.

Monday, April 27th our system will be live in Flexmls. Members can then make the changes that occurred during the March 24th-26th transfer period. We will have a letter available for anyone who needs to explain to their client about the three-day period and why no changes are permitted in the system temporarily. We will post this letter on this site when we get closer to this three-day period.
Additionally, the MLS will not issue any fines based on late reporting during this period. There will be a grace period of 3 business days prior-to, to accommodate Realtors® not being able to change their status.
