For the past several years, the MLS of Central Oregon® (MLSCO), the Southern Oregon MLS® (SOMLS) and the Klamath County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR) have been exploring ways we can work together. That way we may best serve our members and provide the greatest tools for our members when advancing their real estate careers and serve clientele.

After almost two years of research, demos, and meetings; the three MLS’s have approved to move forward with a shared MLS database. With a shared database, the three MLS’s will remain separate business entities but share one MLS system. Our members will still be able to visit all of our local offices and see the same staff they are accustomed to working with.

With the shared MLS database, our members will now see all of the listing inventory from the three MLS’s. Our offers of compensation throughout the MLS system are protected through the NAR Code of Ethics—Duty to Arbitrate.
