In this session you will learn all about CRS Data's Property Report and how to access it from the Flexmls system. This session will review accessing tax and mortgage information, FEMA flood info for a specific property and a listing archive for each property. This session will also review how to access county assessor information, accessing larger maps and review the data currency for CRS Data. Lastly, this session will provide you a review of Facts and Figures provided by CRS Data which include Subdivision Info, School info, Area Statistics, Trends, Demographics & Directions.
SEARCHING OPTIONS

In this session you will learn all the different aspects of searching in the CRS Data system. This course will begin with reviewing the CRS Simple Property Search providing you an easy and reliable way to find subject properties. You will also learn how to modify your search results. This session will also review advanced searching which allows members to search by location, property value, by property characteristics, by owner profile or by MLS listing. This course will also review searching via the CRS Large Map, the filters that are available and the map layers & tools you can access.
COMPARABLE OPTIONS | 1 CE

In this session you will learn how to use CRS to get comparable properties using both properties from the MLS and properties that have sold off the MLS. This session will review adding and removing valuation estimations, making home improvement adjustments, adjusting search parameters. This session will also review how to navigate between CRS and the MLS seemlessly while you are evaluating comparables. You will also learn about CRS's custom comparables and how to use their CMA report with your clients.
PROSPECTING OPTIONS

In this session you will learn how to leverage this free member benefits to identify potential clients and potential properties for your clients. In this session you will learn how to prospect through CRS by selecting your criteria and using the map to identify potential clients and properties. Additionally, this session will review how to export out of the system and how to create mailing labels to use in your marketing. For those using this as a refresher course, this session will also touch on the recent redesign aspects of the prospecting tool of CRS Data.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

Not every member uses each system the same. CRS Data took this into account when building their product. This session will view various aspects of customization built into the system for you! The customizations reviewed in this session include, branding options, uploading your photo, setting a default email address, setting a default map starting point, setting your default saved criteria, saved results and custom results. You will also review choosing a map or list view default, setting defaults on your property reports and home improvement defaults.
