ODS Data Feed Approval process

As of May 1, 2024, Oregon Data Share will only offer API data feeds. We will sunset RETS services by December 31, 2024.

Service Providers (Vendors & Developers): Please see How to Set Up API Access and register as an API developer. All data requests and approvals are now handled through the Spark Datamart by enrolling in an ODS data plan. Our Rules and Regulations can be downloaded here.

ODS Participants & Subscribers: Your service provider (IDX website, back office software, etc.) will apply for an ODS data feed on your behalf. Once they apply, you’ll receive an approval email from donotreply@sparkplatform.com, which will look similar to this:

Click the “Review Approval Request” button. This will open a new window with a Flexmls login screen. Enter your Flexmls login credentials and you should see the approvals screen:

If you wish to approve, select that you’ve read the Terms and Conditions and click “Approve.” If you wish to decline the request, please provide a reason and click “Reject.” A copy of your reasoning will be sent to the vendor.

 Data Pricing

(effective July 1, 2024)

  • $15 per Participant or Subscriber (broker) monthly fee to he provider; $150per month to the rovider if they are providing service to 10 or more Participants or Subscribers.

    $100 new provider applicaton fee, if it is not a provider already set up for one our our Participants or Subscribers.

  • $75 per Participant monthly fee to the provider.

    $100 new provider application fee, if it is not a provider already set up for one of our Participants.

  • $50 per Participant monthly fee to the provider.

    $100 new provider application fee, if it is not a provider already set up for one of our Participants.

  • $0 monthly fee.
