Oregon Data Share Advisory Council
The Oregon Datashare is a shared database with three MLSs in Oregon which include the Klamath County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR), the MLS of Central Oregon (MLSCO) and the Southern Oregon MLS (SOMLS). We are three MLSs that span a large geographical region that have agreed to Shared Collaboration Rules and Listing Input. To facilitate changes to the system that impact each MLS’ s members, we have created the Oregon Data Share Advisory Council who is responsible for making decisions on listing input, property data forms, and the rules that fall with in the Collaboration Rules. They also make decisions on MLSs settings that are system-wide as well as report formats that are system-wide. The Oregon Data Share Advisory Council is composed of representatives of the three MLSs. If you have recommendations for changes to the property data input forms, the input functionality in Flexmls, the reports available in Flexmls or the Collaboration Rules, please submit them via this form. The Oregon Data Share Advisory Council will review these requests at their next regularly scheduled meeting and a follow-up will be provided by the staff liaison to the advisory council after their meeting to inform you of the committee’s decision.
